FALL FEASTS 2025

Rosh hashanah & the feast of trumpets

Join us at Lion of Judah as we celebrate Rosh Hashanah, Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets! We will gather on Friday, September 19th at 7:00 PM and again on Sunday, September 21st at 10:30 AM for this special time of worship and reflection. Together we will walk through some of the traditional liturgy, hear the powerful sound of the shofars proclaiming the season, and share in the sweetness of apples and honey as we look forward with faith and expectation for the new year ahead. This is a time of expectation and preparation for the soon return of our Messiah, Jesus. Come prepared for a meaningful encounter with the Lord as we mark this appointed time with joy and reverence.

Yom Kippur & the day of atonement

Join us at Lion of Judah as we observe Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, on Friday, September 26th at 7 PM and Sunday, September 28th at 10:30 AM. This holy feast is a sacred time to reflect on God’s mercy and the atoning work of our Messiah, Jesus. Together, we will remember that through His sacrifice, our sins are forgiven, and we are reconciled to God. As we humble our hearts before the Lord, let us enter this season with reverence, gratitude, and renewed devotion to walk in His ways.

Sukkot & the feast of tabernacles

Join us at Lion of Judah as we celebrate Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles, on Friday, October 10th at 7 PM and Sunday, October 12th at 10:30 AM. This joyous feast is a time to remember God’s faithfulness and provision for Israel during their 40 years in the wilderness. Sukkot is not only a commemoration of the past but also a prophetic picture of the future, as Scripture tells us it will be celebrated even in the Millennial Kingdom when Jesus returns. Following each service, we will gather in the Sukkah to fellowship together, say the blessing, and wave the Lulav as we rejoice in the goodness and presence of our Messiah.
