As of now, we are running our PHASE TWO plan. This is what PHASE TWO looks like…

LOFJ’S PHASE ONE (WHICH ENDED ON FRIDAY, JULY 10 – NOW IN PHASE 2)

  • There will be no youth group, children’s class, adult classes or nursery available
  • Café stays closed and no Y4M snacks offered
  • Hand sanitizer stations are set up throughout the building and encouraged to be used
  • Ushers administer/direct staggered seating in the sanctuary – keeping an appropriate distance (6ft) between congregants (except for families)
  • There will be no ministers of impartation (to avoid physical contact)
  • Physical greetings will be discouraged (no handshakes, hugging, etc.)
  • After services are over, congregants will be dismissed by an usher in single file lines
  • No after service lingering in the building. If people would like to talk, outside is permitted (with social distancing encouraged).

LOFJ’S PHASE TWO (which we’re currently operating in):

  • Sunday Bible study classes resume (9 AM-10 AM, Sundays, before services)
  • Nursery opens
  • Youth group opens (held at 7 PM now, Friday nights).
  • Café opens

LOFJ’S PHASE THREE:

  • Fully operational – no restrictions

In addition to having services at the building, we will continue streaming a live-to-tape webcast through our YouTube link. In this week’s episode, Pastor Joe preaches on the topic of “Running the Race w/ God.” Someone once said, “Through perseverance, the snail made it to the Ark.” Understand the importance of pressing in toward the prize of the Kingdom of God. This is a great hour in the church to learn how to PERSEVERE!

ATTENTION: Please click on the “LION OF JUDAH WEBCAST #21” (red button below), anytime after 7 PM, FRIDAY, Aug. 7, to view this week’s webcast! We are grateful for this opportunity to worship the Lord together through this unique way of communication (i.e. webcast) and hope that you will join us!

Joshua 1:9 (NASB) – Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
